Recipes

Cooking/Baking: I love finding new recipes to try out in the kitchen, and esepcially if they are healthy recipes! My primary resource for fun, healthy, & creative recipes is Pinterest (of course). There are times when its OK to splurge on a sugary treat or unhealthy meal. But all my cooking during the average work week is healthy, natural, and easy to clean up.

Banana Pancakes

When searching for healthy pancake recipes online one day I came across this recipe for banana pancakes. It sounded interesting, but very healthy so I gave it a try. This is now my favorite Saturday morning breakfast. The ingredients are so simple you wont believe it: Eggs & Bananas. Seriously. Its so delicious!

Add the 2 eggs.

With a fork or whisk, whisk together the banana mush and eggs until smooth.

I usually add about 1-2 Tablespoons of cinnamon. But this is optional.

Top with your choice of yummy toppings and enjoy!

I usually top mine with almond butter, natural organic honey (from my father-in-law), and fresh raspberries. So yummy!
